"Believe in your direction and do it.

Spend less time talking about it and

more time trying to perfect it and put it

out there. If there's fire the people will sniff it

out, they always do. All you have to do is be true to

your craft." - D. George

Based in London but hailing straight out of Trinidad and Tobago, Dj Bigtunez is an innovator that can bring a show to any venue, underground or commercial and is not your average deejay. He plies his deejay craft in London's buzzing West End, Central London, with a weekly and weekend residency for the last four years in three prominent nightclubs.

As said in his own words " London's west end night club scene is probably one of the best in world as London is probably the most cosmopolitan capital in the world and you got thousands of nationalities partying during the week and the weekend."

He blends his unique Caribbean flava playing Reggae and Soca with commercial chart, Deep House, EDM, R&B, Hip-Hop, Trap and all the Club Classsics to be one of the most "in demand" and "go to" deejay's in London's West End, and was recently invited by BBC 1Xtra/Radio 1 to do a guest mix for the Notting Hill Carnival weekend In London.

His deejaying skill has not only taken him to London's West End but also internationally. He has been flown out to perform recently at Bahrain’s Formula 1 Grand Prix in April 2014 and already invited back for 2015. He also was invited to perform at Bahrain's first ever Reggae Festival and also made guest appearances at the exclusive Club Ibrida in Bahrain.

Between 2011 - 2014 his guest appearances range from nightclubs in Bahrain to exclusive private events such as world famous vineyard Molenvliet Wine & Guest Estate in Cape Town, South Africa. As well as Club Reflex Prague in the Czech Republic.

In London and across the UK he has done gigs and held residencies at notable venues such as:

  • Tiger Tiger

  • Funky Buddha

  • Jewel

  • Ruby Blue

  • Piccadilly Institute

  • The famous Kyashii Lounge a venue graced by the likes of Nas, Damian Marley, and the late Amy Winehouse.

He also flies to his homeland to deejay at the Trinidad Carnival (second largest after Brazil) with one of the premium bands, Paparazzi Mas and across the country at the all-inclusive parties.

His corporate clients include the likes of worldwide brand Escada and Ohlala Mag, an internationally acclaimed online fashion and photography magazine.

The last four years have seen Dj Bigtunez producing his own blend of music by mixing soca and reggae music native of his West Inidan roots with EDM, Trap and Hip-Hop music. The likes of which producers Diplo and Major Lazer are experimenting with at the moment. He has done several mash-ups/remixes and bootlegs some which have had over 75,000 plays and over 11k downloads plus his remxies/bootlegs are reularly blogged on the like of "Smash The Club" one of the biggest music bloggers in LA and Las Vegas, and can be heard has seen in his live sets.
